In addition to the uses authorised by the Silver License, these licenses allow for music to be used for:

Non Commercial vs Commercial Use - What's the difference?

A commercial use is one primarily intended for commercial advantage or monetary compensation.

 

Examples of commercial advantages –

Promoting a company, brand, product, service or event on a social front i.e. YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc which may benefit an individual or company resulting in potential clients or customers.

 

Examples of monetary compensation – 

Payment received as part of a company, organisation, sponsor, entity or individual for working on or taking part of a project. Fundraising, YouTube monetisation, Ad Revenue, etc.

Why use Royalty Free music?

The licensee can use the licensed work perpetually on any present or future projects as long as it’s within the terms of the license.

 

The licensee is free to tweak, slice and dice the work (and/or Derivative Work) to suit the licensee’s project needs.

 

The licensee has permission not to provide artist credit/attribution.

 

The licensee can login to their account at anytime to access their music files and invoices.

My content is Non-Commercial - can I use your music for free?

Yes, you can use our music for free for non-commercial projects such as home videos and non-monetized YouTube content. Such usage is covered by a Free Creative Commons License, which is only valid if you credit us within the video description.

How long are your licenses valid for?

Our licenses are valid forever. This means the licensee can use the licensed music perpetually on any present or future projects.

Can I monetise my videos?

Yes you can! but first you must obtain a Silver or Gold license for the track(s) that you wish to use.
